Greetings from London

CRIKEY!! I am in London baby! Apologies for the mass email, but I just wanted to drop a note to you all and let you know that I have arrived in London. I arrived yesterday (Saturday). I am staying in wee one bedroom flat in Notting Hill for a month while I sort out my accommodations. Literally after I checked into the flat, my friend came with his family to spend the day. We went to Portobello Rd (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portobello_Road) and walked around. We had a cocktail and then brunch at Electric. I was pretty wired until we ate brunch and then I started to flag. Too much Champagne to celebrate the move :-)

I have been taking it is easy since moving here. Just chilling in my apartment today, sorting through my stuff and trying to unpack. Been stopping a lot to kip. Anyroad, I am quite peckish so I am off to find some nosh and then will go for a run. Please find my contact information below (just in case you want to drop me a line)

London is nothing like the US. I have no sense of direction here! Most of you know how I get with streets with names, they are all names here!!! Imagine Tini blind folded in SoHo with no GPS and you have a good sense of how I am trying to navigate around.
Miss you all! Please keep in touch and stay tuned for more emails

xoxo

Did someone say a new chapter?

i don't know how to respond to that conversation. don't think tears were the appropriate response. but i don't think my tears were responding to that conversation. think they are responding to the current moment.

whatever

17 Days....

I don't know what to make of this? 17 days...does not seem like a lot of time really.

I am truly starting to unravel. I am sitting here in a almost bare apartment - no rug, no coffee table, no vacuum, no side table, no appliances (almost), no bed table...

There are a lot more NOs than YESs now. Let's see what do I have. I have my photographs, I have my guitar, my computer, my cameras, my bike, my TV (although that is sold if I can make up my mind), and best of all I have my memories. Honestly, what more could I ask for.

Nothing.  Thank you to everyone for giving me something money cannot buy.

Here is to opening the new chapter of my life!

xoxo
